T make sandwich assembly, you need 6 eggs along with 6 slices of cheese and 6 English muffins.
To make Sriracha honey sauce, you need half a cup of honey and 2 tablespoons of sriracha.

Next set the campfire and keep the grill on it. Let it heat well. After heating the grill, first, place corn and jalapeno pepper on the grill for around 10 minutes. Do not forget to turn it around very often. After that, take them off and keep aside.
Now, it is time to grill the marinated fish. Place the fish fillets on the wire grill basket and grill for around 5 minutes each side. Once you see the grilled color on the fillets, take them off the fire.

So, first, just fire up the grill. Then, take the cutting board and slice chorizos, bell pepper, and onions into biteable sizes. After that, insert them into the skewers as you like and add olive oil and salt to those skewers.

Olive oil, red bell pepper, yellow onion, poblano pepper, salt, sausage/bratwurst, buns/sandwich rolls, any vegetable you like (beans like green vegetables), and mustard.
Here’s the method of preparing this delicious food. First, you need to heat the skillet over medium heat. Then, add olive oil, onions, peppers, and salt. Once they get soften, you can add sausages/bratwurst and vegetables into the skillet. Mix them well and cook for a few minutes.
Do not forget to turn the brats and vegetables occasionally and make sure all of them are cooked well. At the end of 15 to 20 minutes, you can take off the skillet.

Do you like Thai food recipes? I like them so much. This Grilled Chicken Skewers recipe is also a Thai recipe. So, let’s dive into the recipe.

Next, you have to prepare chicken skewers. For that take the marinated chicken from the container and add some salt. After seasoning, build the skewers and brush with oil.
Place all chicken skewers on the grill as well. And grill them on medium heat. Continuously turn them around until you see the grill marks. It will take around 10 minutes.

Yes, I’m a tacos lover. That’s why I have mentioned a tacos recipe on the above. Now I’m going to give you another tacos recipe as well. It is Grilled Halloumi Tacos. Try this camping food idea when you are camping next time. I’m sure you will continue it in every camping experience.

Next, you need to grill halloumi cheese. For that, get the sliced halloumi cheese and brush with olive oil to prevent sticking on the grill. And keep them on the grill. Let them be for around 3 minutes each side and take them off.
Then, heat the tacos by keeping them on the grill for around 15-30 seconds each side. Now, it is time to build tacos. For that just fill the tacos with halloumi cheese slices, onions, pepper, corn, rice, beans, chopped cilantro, salsa, and avocado.

Sweet potato, burger buns, small white beans, beaten egg, panko, New Mexico Chili powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, coriander, salt, oil, avocado, onions, and spicy mayo.
The first thing to do is, to grate sweet potato by the hand grater. Once it is grated, just add small white beans into it and mash with a spoon/fork. Try to achieve a smooth dough with it.
After that add the beaten egg, all the spices, and panko into the dough. Mix all together and keep for around 10 minutes.
(This whole step can be even done at home and bring to the campsite. Yes, it will save your time)
Once the dough is ready, you need to prepare patties with it. Divide the dough into equal parts and make balls from it. Then, flatten them with your fingers and prepare around 3/4 inch thick patties.
Now you are going to cook the patties. To that, heat the skillet and add some oil into it. While continuing a medium heat, just place the patties on the skillet. Cook them for around 5 minutes each side (until you see the crispy look).

First, you need to pre-heat the oven. For that, fire up the campfire with 8 coals (by using a chimney starter). Then, assemble the lasagna.
When assembling the lasagna, the first step is coating the bottom of the Dutch oven with olive oil (to prevent sticking the mixture). After that evenly spread the pasta sauce on the oven pan. Then, add some fresh lasagna noodles on the sauce layer. It is the base layer of your Dutch Camp Lasagna.
Once you assemble the base, you need to add some sauce, baby spinach, and cheese. Again you need to repeat the same process by adding sauce, lasagna noodles, spinach, and cheese. Then, continue the process for around 2 more times. Finally, just sprinkle some oregano on the top of the lasagna.
Now, it is the baking step. You have to do it by using 8 coals (as I said to you earlier). So, create the baking bed with 8 coals and keep the Dutch oven on it. Then, cover the oven top with a lid and place some other coals (around 15) on that lid.
Now cook it for around 30 minutes until the cheese melts and noodles soften. Yes, that is it. You can remove the lid carefully and cut the lasagna into some pieces. Then, share this delicious food with all campers.
Another taco? yes, but this one is a unique recipe. Cauliflower tacos are really delicious. And this one is specifically beer simmered cauliflower tacos topped with various veggies. Ok, let’s discover the recipe.

Chopped cauliflower, 1/2 cup of beer/lager, cumin powder, dried oregano, salt, cayenne pepper powder, olive oil, clove garlic, corn tortillas, red onions, limes, hot sauce, avocado, and cilantro.
First, you need to prepare pickled onions. For that, cut the onions into half onion rings and put them into the bowl. Then, cut limes and squeeze them into the onion ball. Add some salt and mix well. Keep it aside for around 15 minutes. Do not forget to mix them every 5 min.
While pickling onions, you can cook the cauliflower. For that, chop the cauliflower head and put them into the skillet along with beer, cumin, dried oregano, salt, cayenne pepper powder, and garlic. Now, light the camp stove and achieve a quick simmer. Let all the liquids evaporate.
Once all the liquid evaporated, just add olive oil and let it fry until you can see some brown patches.

Next, you have to add chopped sweet potato, diced tomato, peanut butter, chili powder, salt, and all the spices you have. Then, mix them well until you can see no clumps. And let the skillet simmer for around 15 minutes. Check whether sweet potatoes are cooked well.
Once sweet potatoes are cooked, just add chickpeas and into the skillet. Stir well while heating and let it be on the stove for few minutes until kale and chickpeas are cooked.
Now, your sweet potato and peanut stew are ready to serve.
Chicken Marbella is another delicious Dutch oven recipe to try when you are camping. Although it takes around one hour to cook, it is really worth trying. So, let’s dive into the recipe.

The first step is to marinate chicken by adding all the ingredients that I have mentioned above except oil and brown sugar. Keep it for around 24 hours. That means you need to get ready to prepare this a day before. And keep in your camping icebox.
Next, you need coals or wood embers to prepare the campfire. Once the campfire is ready, just place the oven on it and add some oil into it. Let it heat. Now take the marinated chicken outside and add some brown sugar into it.
Then, keep each piece on the oven and let them be until you can see a deep golden brown color. It will take around 8 mins. And do not forget to turn around the other side as well.
Once the chickens are ok, take the Dutch oven outside of the campfire and add all the marinade that rest. That means the chopped prunes, pitted olives, dry white wine, capers, and all the others. Then, cover the oven with the lid and place around 15 coals evenly on the lid and keep on the campfire grill. Let it bake for around 35 mins.
Take it off and serve this delicious lunch/dinner topped with some sauce.
